What Comes Of Dreams
Oh, why so many dreams bestowed
in young and tender years,
fall into drifting dust decay
then sadly disappear.
Are dreams to blame for broken hearts
and quiet hour’s remorse?
Or is the dreamer born of guilt
for veering from its course?
Are dreams unfair for rising up
to skies in brilliant hue?
Perhaps they take no time for thought
and ask too much to d...

Time
Time
A precious gift
Your choice is how you spend it
Loving others, or yourself
A difficult thing to achieve both
when it is limited
Investing in a future self that may never arrive
I do not even feel alive
I am breathing, speaking, running out of words
running out of breath
What is left
I am sinking
My legs are tired
I have struggled for a while
struggled with a smil...

A slow Turtle
A slow turtle, with a heavy back.
Wanted to sprint like the dotted cat.
He was sad because he didn't know his limits,
Devastated after seeing the results of his speed per minute.
Poor turtle knew a little about himself
Grew up among cheetah, thinking he was one self.
Speed was thing where he wanted to be the best.
Without even enjoying the process itself.
He could...

INSURMOUNTABLE
A task seemingly impossible made possible
enlightened me dearly and surely
The outcome of course
The old saying" If indeed you fall then get back on your horse"
Simple phrases ..the reality
Somewhat not so simple in physicality
For One dreads practicality
Push it aside ignoring such monotony
So much more excitement than to face such monstrosity
It won't go away you know
Escaping te...

It's a new season love
Time to evolve again
Time to set out; create new memories
Theres a universe out there waiting for you
If only you could see yourself from before
Then you'd know nothing can stop you
The sun moon and stars bow for you to bloom
You've come too far to back down
Too strong to drown
Shine on...Shine on... young love

Swift
Swift
No swift route to find your way
But be a swift and don’t delay
Let the currents raise you to reach the sky
Enjoy the view as you speed on by
You’ve found your lift to hit the heights
No frantic flaps to just get by
Just glide the air and cross the sky
And chance a glance as you pass us by
With faith to carry you across the big blue
You’re on your way, but there’...

Life Race
You should plan to keep going
whatever you meet .. whatever you face
The only thing to be growing
Never to fallback in the race
Be aware to wear patience hat
Remove the hat of desperation
Keep energy for acts no chat
No goals achieved in quotation
Always to ask what you need
To get ready helping people
Same as you eat you must feed
To win the race you shoul...

The choice
Translation of my Arabic Poem (“The Choice”)
Who, in the World, chooses his birth?
Who chooses his family and children?
Who chooses his fate and country?
Who chooses the time to go to heaven?
But it is possible to choose our day
To sincerely care about family and work
This will be the first right step to our future
To achieve our goals while we're alive
Your name and countr...

Two way conversation
A two way conversation is something very nice,
Because you both can talk in a way that is very concise,
One way talking could be something so unkind,
But the art of conversation can help you with your mind,
To fuse two minds together can become one,
If you do your pain will be gone,
To share and care is a special thing indeed,
It takes the nucleus to plant the seed,
What yo...

Personality
Flexible as a flexi rod
Love like a mother
Adapt as a chameleon
Real like a savage
Persistent, just like a professional runner
Machete through my jungle mind, keeping the weeds down
Care for one as a new born baby
Sympathetic, as I walk in someone else’s shoes
Cross my legs, as you have to work to spread them
Looking into the eyes of others; I see a mirror through there ...

The Concrete Road
the concrete road
still dark and darkening night, the dead cold of dying winter,
rain against the windscreen, speed in easy, selfish solitude.
my shirt gives up the scent of soap.
(i have no other dream.)
noise surrounds me, the oil-ribbed sounds of a lost summer,
the meaningless bypass between here and some other place.
yet hands formed this path.
(i have no othe...

Above, Beyond
The morning, crisp and broken by the curfew
Of rising larks and pigeons in the choir,
Its breaching sun is bursting through the grass dew
And thinning out the misty dawn's perspire.
Many rest upon their linen sheets around
And you, the only currently arise,
Solo is your ally when breaking the ground;
Undistracted, undisturbed - your alibis.
Your muscles twitch uncertain of their purpose,
...
