Faith is a Barren Garden
Faith is a barren garden
planted in hope
of hiding a soul's imperfect being.
Yet its weak and sickly saplings
avoid the sun, revealing
the acid glare of the cynic's soulless seeing.
Only Charity offers succour to the homeless.

You see the USA and UK
Having pride for our race
When really, we are a disgrace
But the truth always is the hardest thing to face
We hurt the world that gave us life
Proving our greed has no price
We are a plague upon the earth
Taking it for all that it is worth
Money comes before conservation
Because nothing is worth it, without gaining a sum

Charities and the church
The two bodies we should most respect
Are only interested in reputation
Not in the people they should protect.
They hide and conceal
Crimes so heinous we all deplore
Women raped, children abused
Victims too scared to report to the law.
I hold my head and weep a river
For humanity and its darkest shame
How can we stoop so low

After today’s meeting with The Autistic Organisation we’re proud to announce we’ll be working very closely with Richard and his team in building the Manchester branch with projects at the Royal Exchange, at OpenMind events, and an OpenMind vs AO charity football match all on the horizon.
