Soulmates?
Soulmates.
Do souls exist?
If they do
I believe ours belong together.
I love u
I know that know.
Even after 5 years
I still do
I will never stop.
I pray
at night
for this one moment
this one second
with you
being able to tell you
how i feel.
Then
I couldn’t.
Last time I saw you
I nearly told you.
Back then
I was with him.

S O U L
Can you taste the dew of the day?
If you can, I bet you could taste your soul.
That dark black hole, or is there a light shining in there?
That moment when you feel like your body is betraying your soul.
What a sacred precious stone
So fragile, so lost
Yet so bitter
I know you are fighting; I can feel it
Those late hours, the scratching of your head,
Bitting of nails, wild thoughts
If on...

Betrayed
While the world
goes about their day
talking about trival things,
laughing their troubles away,
I am struck with
paralyzing pain
that I try to contain.
Everyone close to me
is oblivious
to my suffering.
Why should they care?
They have their own
drama to deal with.
There is nothing
anyone can do anyway.
Meanwhile, my body
betrays me more
each passing day.
I want t...

HUNTING SOULS
The platinum fog surrounds reality’s vision
From life going about its simple disposition.
The echo of death-screams
Can only be heard
While awaiting for light to give back day in reverse.
Death likes to work in the shadows
Using the shrowd
While firing lustrous tipped arrows.
The lost souls have nowhere to hide
As life can’t see the dark between the living-disguise.
A night filled wi...

Becoming
If you become
what you think about
most of the time...
I am becoming
poetry, a lyrical
fantasy floating
in rhyme.
I am becoming
love and light,
Doing my best
to do what's right.
I am becoming
forgiveness
and peace.
Healing souls
like Wayne
and Louise.
I am becoming
who God intended
me to be.
Leaving a loving
legacy.
I am becoming
free.

Salt and Light
Salt and Light
Lofty and proud, the mighty cathedral stands,
grandly waits for its faithful servants
(more on fine days - they're not exactly fervent).
Tourists chatter in, grow quiet in its shadowed womb,
some trace vanishing points among the tombs.
A child holds his mother by the hand.
Distant echoes rebound through quire and transept
as the stained glass kaleid...

ANGELICA STRIKES
ANGELICA AWAITS
Dante’s angels have come for their souls,
they pounce on the unwary and the vulnerable.
No one is safe, for when you close your eyes
they will strike.
They show no mercy in their search for eternal youth,
it could be your soul or mine spirited away in
the night.
Angelica smiles from the moon,
she is all white and sensual but in a s...
