I'm a Prince.
I live in castles all over from here to Germany,
I don't get what I want always.
I get what I need, somehow.
I got what I deserved.
I do not share,
I'm very greedy.
I earned this?
I earned your disgusting trash love?
 

My kingdom as fallen like a feather,
Torn down by the evil gnomes hunating me.
I've ruined my density,
These gnomes turn into a demon at the flick...

Weeds snake through the cracks

cramped stilled leaves beside

clot a crusted creek.

 

The silt turns past a corner

reflected in a straining noon.

Branches overhanging wilt

as in idle hours the flock come

scrutinise the work made waste,

and retrieve far flung

logs and stones, whittled fare

for time now dried.

beggared on this taunted key

eyes, long emptied stark hollows of jaundice,

no longer reflect the encirclement of youthful steel

 

and, thus cowered beneath such plumb altiloquence,

she finds herself now wimpled in a creeping green

where her walls bleed a jealous neglect

UNCARING MAN

 

We, the developed world, we rape

the rain forests for wood for middleclass homes,

we drill for oil in the Arctic wilderness for our own selfish greed.

We trawl the sees and take the fish for our fat bellies,

uncaring and naïve…

A dozen species are killed off every day, extinct

before their time and now no more but recent history.
