(R)APIDLY (R)ECLINING (M)ENTAL (S)TATE ?
As I trip on my words,
And stumble on my thoughts.
I experience tingling sensations,
Loss of balance and lack of coordination.
It started when my immune system ruptured out of control,
Which could have been linked to deficiency of cholecalciferol.
