Reflections
Before I left
I checked myself in the mirror.
Made sure I am wearing my smile
Bight red on my chapped lips,
Concealing the blood streaks

Harsh fireflies.
Sitting here
in the dark.
Smoking poison,
While soaking up the night sky like lotion.
Stars shine bright,
like little fireflies dancing in a summer breeze.
