Those gentle evenings
Where cherry blossoms fall
And gather in the curve of your back
Where candlelight and bergamot
Breathe softly in my ear
Where lullabies slip
From your sighing smile
And clouds sweep ebullient
Like candy floss dreams
Across your silent stare
Those late nights
When you are sleeping
And my thoughts are left
To dwell inside once more
