Flock #70: under the sky
he could not sing
nor
was he
a dancer
but to show his heart

out
on a sunny day
to stand
beneath the sky
a handful of paper
mere confetti
he threw
to tumble
and turn
twist
in the sun
under
the sky

Flock #57: the sky won’t tell
cast adrift?
fallen behind?
the movement
of the sky
will not tell me
only …

my head craned
back
to see
who
will regain
who
perchance
may falter
