With each beat, a symphony, a life's refrain,
Blood pressure's measure, a song we must sustain,
For in these numbers, a story lies concealed,
A tale of health, it's not to be concealed.
Know thy pressure, the ebb and flow within,
A guardian of life, where health doth begin,
With cuff and monitor, a humble guide,
We glimpse the secrets that within us hide.

What I love about myself.
Today, tomorrow,
and the next day after that
there will always be one me
and there is nothing truer than that.
But, what I love about myself
is more than words can describe.
But, if I have to choose one thing
as to what I love about myself
it'll have to be my caring heart
for those that I love the most.
