If you wonder why we're pissed,
then you surely must have missed that 
Trayvon's name was just the latest
on a very long list.
 
If you think we are too blinkered 
far too focused on the past
note the keyword I just stated
was the latest not the last.  
 
If you believe we are too bitter,
maybe you should taste time's pill,
a dose supposed to make life better
...
