Hi lynn, nice to see you again. You been here for some time now, i always treasure your comments. thanks for commenting on Harlequin. to be honest i think the music says it all. i have loved that track since the mid nineties. if you like it you can purchase just the single track from amazon.co.uk. it lasts for about 12 minutes. I always try to imagine myself as the eagle flying in the track, which led me to write that poem.
stay well lynn

thank you John.am I right in saying this is to
do with the assumption of parallel existences?
in a lot of recent revelations many scientific
discoveries have been turned on their heads
so although fascinating its fairly doubtful
we will get the real 'truths' until we do a lot
more'stepping stoning'of our neighbouring
planets-maybe.My thanks to you John-Patricia.x

I did try and read about the later Roman empire, David, both Rome and Constantinople, but became became bewildered by the number of assassinated emperors. Just when I was getting interested in one he was bumped off. It seems to have been the only way of disposing of them.

I hoped 'For the Record' my appeal to the journalist in you, Greg. Egalabulus was certainly a dodgy emperor but also had a very bad press. I read this poem at a reading in Grimsby last night thinking I'd found a really obscure topic, but a poet friend of mine said that someone has just brought out a biography about him(Egalabulus, that it!). I looked on Amazon and there are actually two that have just come out. Quite an achievement when The Praetorian Guards bumped him off by the time he was 18!

Sawubona Zethembiso. Wemukelekili to Write Out Loud. Ngiyabonga Kakhulu for the comments you made on Fathers 4 Justice. It is good to know that some people can look upon objectively and realize that yes, Men do after all have hearts. There is difficulty in the UK for children at the moment. And men are being given the blame for all societies ills.
I hope that you enjoy the site, and that your writings go from strength to strength.
Further, Black is beautiful! : )))
My wife is from Durban, a strong Zulu woman who knows how to (fairly), keep me in place.
I have visited Africa several times and know her to be a beautiful continent, I wish more people realized that.
One love Zethembiso, i believe in it. I believe in ubuntu.
Best wishes
Mike

HaHa - I usually do "come" indoors Kealan, apart from once on a beach, once on the top deck of a bus...erm... once in a bus shelter, a few times out walking - the oddest was probably once in the snug bar of an open pub = bit risky that one :)
Oh, and once in the visiting room of the psychiatric unit in Carlisle hospital (no - I'm not kidding, called The Glades, or something) :D (doggy style)

Hi Cate, Thankyou for adding such a nice comment to my poem 'Autism' You are right of course. but what about a kiss from a child who has very mild (Possibly undiagnosed) Autism or from an Autistic adult or if that kiss is desired or not by someone. Only saying this to illustrate that this is such a big topic and more widespread than most think.
