Hearts Of Hers

Heart of mine
Won't you stand at my side?
Stop your traitorous speeding,
So that my cheeks may stop heating.
What is it about her,
That her whole being allures
What is it about her,
That has me needing more

She,
Who gazes at me as if I
Am the one who in the east rises
She,
Who sees me wholly,
Not for who I pretend to be.
She,
Who has replaced my blood,
as my life's elixer,
That which keeps me living.

Heart of mine,
Understand I am helpless,
At the mercy of her.
She has deprived me of my way to rhyme,
Deprived me of my breath,
And deprived me of my life.
I can only surrender myself to her,
A devotee for life,
And give to her my heart
Which shall never again be mine

Heart which is no longer mine,
Let every breath you take
With every of hers align.
Let the melody you make,
With hers intertwine.
May the collision of her and I,
Be the greatest of all time.

Heart which now belongs to her,
Take care of your beholder.
I'll be wishing on endless dandelions
And stars decorating the night sky,
For a day wherein hers may be mine.
