of eternal love
found only in faith,

From this special place,
you will find love
like you have never known,
from kindred spirits
around the world,
transcending
space and time,
to give you a glimpse
of the divine.

Thank you Keith! I was indeed inspired by Adam Lambert singing Queen’s song Somebody to Love. I’ve watched a couple interviews where he said he didn’t have many friends growing up, but look at him now. He has love pouring in from every direction. Music, poetry, pursuing our passion brings a love that fulfills us in ways we could never imagine. Brian May said Somebody to Love was Freddie Mercury’s favorite song. Adam Lambert said the song affects him too. I feel a vulnerability in that song for all of us who want to give and receive love.
This poem has a very special quality which speaks of love and truth.
