Ode to Arillas

This is a poem that I wrote about my favourite holiday destination, which someone from another website ran at the end of his video of views of the place.  I hope this works!

Wooden donkey is fine Lynn
as long as it is you
and not us who have to pay
for the woodshavings to feed it on-heehee.xx

Lol Harry - it it's any consolation, it's no better for me either - this was written last year, and I can't afford to go this year!

Thank you Larisa, glad you enjoyed, yes, it is a lovely place.

Winston, thank you for your kind comment, and also for the link for Ocean Gypsy - lovely song.

Thank you Isobel, yes, must admit I was proud to have it included.

And thank you, John, yes, I have finished giggling now at Dedicated Follower of Thrashing!

Stefan and Patricia, thank you for trying and better luck next time!

It looks like a lovely place Lynn. What a tribute to have your poem included on the video like that. My only quibble is that the poem scrolled through too fast, which made it a difficult read. I think you expressed your love of the place beautifully. x

Hi Lynn. it did indeed work. lovely. Glad you found it so relaxing.

And I recognised the vocals from the vid. its Candice Knight of Blackmore's Night. This, in my opinion is one of her/their best songs -
