We Miss You
On this day you left.
The Earth could no longer handle your grace, for this world can be an ugly place.
We couldn't handle your departure by ourselves. You showed us that we still have each other and that family is more than we were allowing it to be. Some of us will recoil and shrink. We look at them and we think about growth, our own extra terrestrial face as universal beings in the World. Outsiders to everyone stuck on the inside. You helped us crack the shell, you created a new light, set to shine in as you let yours slowly dim. We can still see you. The creations you have produced are a living form of your intellect, power and wisdom. On May 21st, 3 years ago, I watched your soul's vessel for life, your body, die right before my eyes. I left a light hanging from your tree.
On this day you left, three years later, We fly high with your spirit. Thank You Jimbo.
