I'm ok. Overworked and underpaid.
But what's it to them, they have it all made.
I'm tired and pained but if it wasn't for the gain,
I wouldn't be out slammin out here jammin like it's fame.
If I knew what it was all about
In the end would they pay out?
If i saw through all the lies and the cheats,
If they didn't cover our eyes, mouth, and nose with the sheets,
And we saw what the money...

You're reaching out.
Hands to the sky,
Heavy heart beating.
Knees to the ground,
And the rain falls.
Peace couldn't be found,
So you put up these walls.
In an empty broken place,
Never a smile on your pained face...
And you let the darkness sink in,
When all you needed was ONE friend,
But time and time, over again,
No one was there for you in...

He is the light to my day and I am the peace to his night.
Without him the cold would set in and the dark all around
but without me the rest does not come and the world wont go round.
We rise and fall like the bounce of a ball but never do we stand still.
And in the dark he rests his light, while mine beats to the sill.
His light is yellow, orange, and white,
But never ...
