Invisible illness? Yes.

All these I must mention.

Don't assume they're lazy
Or faking any pain,
These invisible illnessess
Do drive folks insane.

Lyme Disease, Infertility
Heart conditions too,
Headaches and Migraines
These are just a few.

So have a heart and listen
When telling you how they feel,
You can't see invisible illnessess 
But believe me! They are real.
