When You Get to My Age

When You Get to My Age

When you get to my age

You say just what you think

What others think don't bother you

Rinky dinky dink

When you get to my age

I write down what I want

Don't care about the colour

Don't care about the font

You hurry and put down on page

What's inside your head

'Cause when you get to my age

Time is limited

Beware Don -
When you highlight age
It might become the rage -
Seeing folk who can't wait
To be like you - eighty eight!
(OK - I ex-ag-gerate!!) ?
P.S. Or as the old saying tells us:
It's not the years in your life -,
It's the life in your years.

And Don, we wouldn't want you to write any other way! The rinky dinky dink line did make me laugh too.
