love and lust

The beast in me sees the beast in you

and I see what I want to do

Lust catches me unawares

I stare into your eyes and look you up and down

You are the water in which I want to drown

the flames in which I want to burn

I am like a savage caveman who wants to conquer you like Genghis Khan

But I would do you no harm

Your arms would be the charm around my neck

Your legs around my waist

I would taste your sweetness and not let you go to waste

As the animal in me sees the animal in you and vice versa

We know our connection is growing between us like lightening

Its frightening but exciting at the same time

And the intensity will eventually be two irresistible forces which will meet in middle

souls entwined

your heart and mine.

Hi Dan, hope you're okay mate, just catching up!

Really like this, great stuff, just a couple of observations - I would leave out the following bits I've bracketed -

As the animal in me sees the animal in you (and vice versa)

(We know) our connection is growing between us like lightening

vice versa didn't sound right, and would split the following line in two -

And the intensity will eventually be two irresistible forces/ forces which will meet in middle

up to you mate, hope that helps, great stuff though, best wishes Jeff
