Goodbye Girl

(I was trying to write something with that nursery ryhme rythym, something like Pippin Hill, and this is what came out, not quite what I was looking for but here goes . .)

Pretty girl, lovely girl,

won’t you marry me?

Together now, you and me

So happy we could be

Gorgeous girl, bonny girl

Only you can set me free

Sadly girl, madly girl

Don’t you hear my plea?

Foolish girl, silly girl

You weren’t the one for me

Another girl, a different girl

Is the one that holds the key

So pretty girl, lovely girl

I’ll wait a while and tarry

Goodbye girl, so long girl

Till I find the one I’ll marry

marriage

This is fine, every line
Makes me feel better.
If you find the one you love
Don't seek a shove - go get her!

Excellent idea Steve - a nursery rhyme. This really works.
