THE Obsession of my desire ( part 2 )

entry picture

Words of your Adore you send to me,

With hints of lies of what will be.

Silent undertones of controlled remorse,

Rattle the fabric of my bones.....

A thousand times you ring to have your way,

No mention of the violence and the play.

The threats you shout, Abuse and Aggression,

Consume me like shroud !!!

Then every week in moments bleak,

On my doorstep, while I sleep,

A cup, your Brut, A new girl friends stolen token..

Always playing with my mind....

No jealousy, no love involked,

For what could have been and what i've seen,

Leave me reeling from this devotion.

I feel your presence in all I do,

As every nerve unravels.

I saw you sat in your car today,

How many miles you must have travelled.

To every tone and wheel screech i'm honed,

As my force alights to boundries,

My will screams to be a flight risk,

And I stand ready, braced to fight this.....

I tell you that you frighten me,

To calm your inner monster.

The injuction sitting on your step,

Insights to light your furver ....

Sorrow, fear, fills my world alone, that I can not be your answer.

With love songs melody in my ear,

Encased in shrouds of sadness...

You send me flowers to my door,

To show me of your devotion.

Appolagise in every line, till next time yet unspoken !!

And all the while, a love sublime..

Devotion I so seek....

I close all doors, to your Amore,

The object of your fixation.

To reach for the tomorrows I beseech.

And be released from this mire.

Is the obsession of MY desire  !!!

Great part 2 Tracey, a classic 'two sides to every story' situation! Highlights very well the unfortunate results of obsession, very well written again and brilliant response to part one of the other side of the story - like the way you've change the object of desire to be freedom in the last line, and in stanza one the other type of shroud! X
