MUSTANGS

The wild mustang

could not be tamed

fire in their eyes

wind in their manes

Drum of their hooves

across the plains

thundering herds

'cross wild domain

Their majesty

will never wane

although their world

has gone away

In history

there still remains

the glory days of

wild mustangs.
