THE CONTOUR LEGACY LEG PILLOW

entry picture

Here’s something that you never knew you needed.

It’s a contoured cushion that you place between your thighs to help with your leg posture while you’re asleep.  The idea is that it keeps your legs (specifically your tib and fib) parallel while you are asleep on your side.

You shove it tight underneath your crotch.  And at £19.99 it’s not to be sniffed at.

I have revealed my dearth of anatomical knowledge. The cushion aims to keep your femurs parallel; your tub and fib are always parallel (to each other!).

Stephen - An old pal of mine from Newcastle said that Malcolm Macdonald was so bow-legged he couldn’t stop a pig in an alley.

Perhaps the next accessory for batsmen in test matches. Could make quick singles a bit difficult, though......

I always favour frugality, MC.

Having sustained a lower back/spinal injury following a bike
accident, I know the existence of this idea. In my own case I
use a far cheaper alternative of a folded pillow placed between
the knees where the legs (in own own case - long!) come together
and place a strain on the lower back and hips. Separating the
legs at that point of contact reduces this discomfort and enables/
assists a night's sleep. Cheap and cheerful - that's my credo!
I hope my comment might provide comfort in this regard to those
who may have similar problems obtaining a comfortable night's
rest.

I'm not expecting JML will want to use my piece for advertising purposes, Brian. But I may broaden my ambit to your suggestions as well as the Parker Knoll Recliner.

John

You've watched the advert then? Will you also be doing pieces on Dormeo mattresses and the Upwalker Lite?
