Unfortunately there has been a winter fuel raid,

The winter fuel payments to us pensioners will not be paid.

I'm angry,flabergasted and far from alone,

With increases in energy bills on the horizon more reason to moan.

Our country's  splendid army of pensioners are subject to a wicked attack,

Hoping we would accept it and not fight back.
