We crossed the line so long ago

it was never meant to be a constant battle
we were never suposed to go to war
that wasn't why we were put on this Earth

we were suposed to be a civilized race
the Human race
we were supposed to live together
peacefully, harmoniously
not tearing each other apart
not going to war
We crossed the line so long ago

its too late now - The damage is already done...

Okay Andrew, when early man evolved it wasn't long before different tribes were at each other's throats. And that mindset has continued through the ages right up to the present day. It's nice to imagine that we were all one big happy family for eons, but we were not. Sorry.

BTW...in your profile picture are your spectacles rose coloured?

I don't actually believe in a biblical version, when I say put on this Earth I just mean that as a so called civilised race we should know better than to go out to war and kill each other. I don't know how we came to be on this earth, but all life has to have come from somewhere whether we were put here by a god or by some act of nature.

Well if you believe we were 'put' on earth you must believe the biblical version in which mankind started killing each other almost immediately.
