The following lines are adapted from a seasonal song lyric of mine.  Be of good cheer and be happy!

Lift up your voice

Let all rejoice

And make a joyful sound

Cast off the care

Most folk must bear

When Christmas comes around.

A time of cheer

With loved ones near

To banish grief and tears

With peals of laughter

Ever after

Echoing down the years.

Be grateful for

The years before

The years yet to be

Each bright new dawn

Each new life born

This precious world to see.

Lift up your eyes

To seek the skies

With stars forever crowned

That we might see

When Christmas comes around.

◄ CHRISTMAS SNOW - a song for the Season.

Thanks Ken. Likewise. It has the real advantage of
actually bringing about feelings of good will and charity to
one's fellows. And the pleasure of watching the youngest
among us discover wonder and joy for
we did before them. Take what you will from the occasion,
it is that rich in its range of what is on offer.

Nice one MC.

Christmas is the one time of the year I can still work up a little enthusiasm for. (Pagan style)
