Young voices of the Mouthy Poets in Doncaster on Saturday

entry picture

Mouthy Poets, a Nottingham-based collective aged between 15 and 30 who write, edit and perform their own poetry and produce events, teach poetry and help each other to develop personally and professionally, are completing a tour with gigs in Doncaster, Worksop and Leicester. The collective was founded in 2011 by Deborah ‘Debris’ Stevenson, then a student in Nottingham, who felt that there were many disillusioned young people who needed a voice. Mouthy Poets will be appearing at Cast in Doncaster at 7.45pm on Saturday 14 March, at Worksop library on Saturday 21 March at 2.30pm, and ending their tour at the Inside Out festival at the Curve in Leicester on Saturday 25 April at 4.30pm. More details
