Talk to me

Talk to me, remember? Like when you broke a heel,

The day that he came to you and I said he wasn't real.

You shy away yet shout abuse, words spitting in my face,

Your strap slipped from your shoulder and it ended the embrace,

Wildly, while I plead for calm, You rush to be with him,

Spinning, then crashing, the sound deafening,

If only I could rip the keys, from your clawing grasp,

Caressing your face through matted red hair,

Lay there quiet now with eyes a glassy stare,

Come back, come back, I love you, but again you speak his name,

My mind splinters into chaos.... as I realise you're insane.

Hi Paul,
i like the range of emotions running through this,
although it's quite shocking, i can feel the panic rising and the striving for calm.
Nice one.

Hi Paul. I liked this a lot. Graphic , strong images and a sort of building in pace till the end
