IN LLANFAIRPWLLGWYNGYLL

entry picture

The Sun rose up and from the East

Warmth spread out on the hill

It melted frost, warmed birds and beasts

In Llanfairpwllgwyngyll

Fluffy clouds they ruled the sky

The air had a slight chill

So nice and fresh, left steamy breath

In Llanfairpwllgwyngyll

Hanging baskets on the walls

Cobwebs on the 'cill

The Platform’s shorter than the sign

In Llanfairpwllgwyngyll

Trains to Chester, Bangor, Flint

Prestatyn, Conwy, Rhyl

The other way to Holyhead

In Llanfairpwllgwyngyll

Tafarn Ty Gwyn and Penrhos Arms

War Memorial and it's clock

Snowdonia views amongst its charms

Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch

Thank you Harry and Martin. It is such a wonderful part of the world. One out of town shopping outlet and railway station to entice you to stop.... but most just go passing through.

Nice one Daniel. I particularly like 'So nice and fresh left steamy breath' and 'the platforms shorter than the sign'.

Only got time for one comment and it has to be this.

(I used to be able to pronounce that)

(And by the way nice multilingual rhyming)
