I wonder what flu bugs look like

Inside a Petri glass,

They’ve made my life a misery,

It’s my turn to kick ass.

I’ll prod and poke and squeeze them

And stick them down with glue,

I'll pour on lots of chemicals

To see if they turn blue.

I’ll find an antibody

To match their jagged form,

To jigsaw up and snuff them out

And do me no more harm.
