Is certainly not couragious.
This may seem ridiculous to you
But in some parts of the world
This is considered objective observationism.
Your words dance into the mind, always with a flashy choreography all your own, and a bite in the message. Is the masking tape to shut you up, or the other person? Or am I naive about all the purposes of masking tape?
I like the tone and pointed address / challenge to the reader. Very wry, I think. :D
really like this, Kealan but there does seem to be a extra beat in the last stanza that jars with me a little.. otherwise, i think this is top stuff... A

Wry is definitely the word I would use - and quirky too.
I would imagine the masking tape was for your date not yourself. Not something I would accept on the first date or ever... x
