STIRRED: For women who write. A night celebrating the work of current and forgotten female writers, open mic (men allowed if they read a female poet's poem too) female and male guest slots, unfabulous prizes to be won. Our relaunch event (following our move to the wonderful Sandbar) features: Guest Host (and one of last month's guests) Steph Pike Open Mic A Writing Challenge (hence the unfabulous prizes) Our wonderful guest poets: Cynthia Buell Thomas Lauren Bolger (who will also be djing on her dansette in the breaks) 'Far from the loud laughter of men, our secret life stirred.'
