The Covid pandemic would not kill everyone
yet we spent billions protecting us all from catching the virus
Starvation and hypothermia would kill anyone
how much is being spent protecting us all from this crisis

There’s no money in aiding the weak or the poor.
There’s no money in just helping those few.
There’s no money in tending the sick or the dying.
They need the money to buy a vote from you.
Point to ponder upon. Hope it falls on deaf ears of our government.
May be some good soul prayed to God To save humanity at the start of pandemic and God accepted her prayer. She can pray again. 😃 😊

It's a good point and I'm sure the new PM will be quick to announce a package of measures particularly to help the real poor amongst us. The rest of us will undoubtably have to cut back on luxuries such as holidays to Spain and Turkey.
