Over taught...over wrought

Today's university hero

Common sense scoring nought

And maturity stuck at zero.

My thanks to all who took the trouble to "like" this blog. You
know who you are. There's nothing like a good whinge, I' m
sure you'll agree. 😃

Thanks Stephen.
The proclamations seen on police vehicles nowadays - you know
the sort of stuff about protecing and serving - could benefit from
the addition of the word "impartial".

Bethany and Keith - many thanks for taking the trouble to
comment. The aspect of paying for this covers a number of
areas, not all financial and that is an ongoing source of social
concern in the long term..

How true and it has to be paid for.

It can be admitted that not only am I dismayed by the reported
behaviour of those enjoying a privileged standard of education,
but it is also not lost on me that the tinkering with the entry standards to my old occupation with the Met. Police (1960s-1990s) to push forward university-graduate requirements has
hardly contributed to an improvement in public safety, public confidence and the vital public trust needed for the best results.
The old essential recognition of "impartiality" has been lost in
today's eagerness to be "all things to all men". What sort of
intelligence is on show here?!
