Wait Time
We are experiencing
longer than normal wait times
not that we are inefficient or lazy but
we have a more palatable answer
we like to say it is due to Covid
that covers just about everything
and is now the common excuse
for poor service and incompetence
but getting back to our original point
you may have to be on hold for a while
like two days or more
if you think that is too long and
you actually have a life to lead
you can use our automated system
which we installed to get people
so fed up and upset they just hang up in disgust
thus we solve two problems at the same time

So true! Getting through to any real human being is quite a
result nowadays. The system really does seem designed to
deter (not to mention delay) callers.
