Moonlight

People complain when there is too much sun
and it gets unbearably hot
and also when it rains too much
or when it gets too cold
But no one complains when the moon shines
Everyone appreciates the moon
Children watch their shadows
and play in its light
people feel happier at night
the weight of the day runs off their shoulders
moonshine makes the harshness go away
lovers spoon under its glow
and people dance and celebrate
all by the light of the moon
moonlight makes us marry.

That was a play on words!
A twist at the end!
