Today I stand to thank everyone

Those that came with light 

Holding the torches bright 

Friendly smiles to help me rise 

 

Thank you so much for everything 

Your friendship was important 

It has helped me achieve confidence 

And in return youre blessed with your special one 

 

Allah has His own way of doing things 

And I have accepted things as it is 

Neither more nor any degree less 

Rather what is reality I do accept 

 

May Allah bless the lovers true 

With you both love to do 

And shall prosper in everything ahead 

I am all good hearts for both of you 

 

I don't wish to be the one in between 

Nor do I want you to be the same for me 

You live your life happily ever after 

And I shall be blessed to forevermore 

 

You have done all that you thought was best 

But my dreams and interests are quite different 

I need a hand to hold and arms to support me 

Someone who will always be here for me 

 

My special one who will stay by my side 

Everyone needs their special someone 

You have finally got that one, I'm glad

Now don't take on yourself my burden 

 

I've a life ahead to live and success to achieve 

Loads of dreams to fulfill and desires burning within 

Enthusiastically I'm moving forward in life as it's coming 

And willing I'm making my way to the land Im destined to be in 

 

I'm thankful for everything you did for me 

I humbly ask you to now stop worrying about me 

Don't make things tiring for yourself 

Look after your eternally special one 

 

For me I'm moving on in life now 

Finally the curtains are lifted and sun is shining 

Vision's all clear, matter sorted out forever 

To each their piece of dream cake to eat 

 

Tonight I shall sleep in peace 

For now the ambiguities are lifted 

I've nothing to fear or doubt 

Your confessions have cleared everything out 

 

Thank you Allah for this lovely day 

For my dear ones are happy and gay 

Now I can also happily move on your way 

That I was putting off since past few years to say 

 

Had these truth been revealed to me before 

Such devastations wouldn't have happened here 

All's well that ends well, as the saying goes 

For me the begining new starts tonight while I sleep
