Love spreads fragrance

No more tears

I shall bear it silently

without murmuring a word

but shall not draw the verbal sword

 

you knew it very well

I need not tell

I was all out for your journey

as it was wished by an almighty

 

I saw you at the public gathering

I got mesmerized and gave an offer

to come along at any time

provided you gave consent this time

 

it was a "give and take" agreement

with a feeling of a sweet moment

I was not in a position to decline

but gave approval and fall inline

 

love is a beautiful gift

and it needs no shift in thinking

whether near or far

love mushrooms and spreads the fragrance further
