Spirit of hopelessness fills the air 

Nothing is getting better 

Situations getting worse and unfair 

Death looms upon us everywhere 

What seems to have stopped 

Was quitely making its way 

Now it's within doors in each home 

Residing quietly like a hidden enemy 

Slowly poisoning everybody 

Consuming every healthy cells inside your body 

Leaving you sapped of all your energies 

Susceptible to falling a prey to diseases deadly 

Who would turn these situations grim 

Into those that are brightly lit 

Nothing seems to move ahead 

But the backwardness

Economy is falling 

Politics deteriorating 

Society disapproving 

Crime on rise 

A failed system aprise 

This isn't anyone's dream to see 

A hopeless condition spiller here 

Like the wings of dragon spread upon 

The fire of death looming here 

Piers burning, graves digging 

Life was meaningless,

now it's lost what little was remaining 

 

Ya Allah! I have faith in you unfailing 

My belief in you never failing 

Life after death proclaiming 

A life with you most comforting 

A heavenly dream slowly weaving 

Eternal hours of happy life fast approaching

Heart is at ease with thoughts like these 

Ever grateful to thee 

Whatever is happening is by your will 

And I have surrendered completely 

For I know my Rabb is and always will be with me 

I'm eternally yours, My only God, Allah almighty 

I proclaim from the core of my loving heart 

I love thee today, tomorrow, forevermore till eternity
