Donations are essential to keep Write Out Loud going

Should I Write

Should I write in twists and over complicate

Reflect on woes, depression, death and fate

Should I learn how to embellish the poetical form

Or keep it simple reflecting our daily norm

Should I write as if I was back in olden days

As in old rhyming slang or in Wordsworth’s ways

Should I write more often or is less much more

What is the perfect verse to avoid being a bore

Should I share and wear my heart on my sleeve

Should I be wary of the comments I may receive

I write often on the blog that represents my life

I write about happier times, less trouble and strife

I write in my own way, I know no rules or style

I write and hope my attempts help to raise a smile

I write to share thoughts that come into my mind

I write and hope that others like what they find

Sometimes my attempts are short, sometimes long

Sometimes my attempts go right, sometimes wrong

So for now I'll try to keep writing my blog every day

And continue with my attempts in my own way
