Pick A Year

It is so embarrassing

when on a web site

it asks for your age

and when you click on it

your year of birth does not come up

does not even appear

and then you have to scroll

all the way to the bottom

to find your particular year

it's shameful

and discriminatory

why isn't someone

concerned about that?

it's Senior discrimination

it's making fun of old people

it should not be permitted

my feelings are hurt

and I feel bad

my psyche has been wounded

I have been humiliated

in front of the internet

I need someone to come hold my hand

and give me a cookie.

Just remember that Prince Philip, Captain Tom and George "Johnny"
Johnson would all fall foul of this discrimination. Averting it is merely
a matter of common courtesy combined with business acumen...in short: avoid losing good manners along with paying customers!

Agree absolutely!!!!!!! Bit of a tell tale, but if that is it it's it! It is senior discrimination. I have thought my birthdate was missing sometimes but found it at the very last scroll.

SENIORS' LIVES MATTER
By the way, thanks for asking if I was still alive cos of Covid. I am as you can read. Hope you and yours came through OK.

Love it! And I know JUST what you're talking about. Recently, I tried to buy a dvd set online from a well known high street name and due
to the age restrcition on the issue i was required to insert my date of birth from their list. However, this only went back to the year AFTER my own birth and as i wasn't prepared to use deceit to obtain the
product in question I sent an email setting out the problem.
The reply promised a check with a view to amending their lists. However, weeks later I tried again, only to find them unchanged.
I sent a further email - and got the same reply
Grrr. ? Perhaps i should go and daub
the nearest visible presence of their
dismissive attitude? Would I get any
expressions of sympathy and understanding?
