Biography

There's not much to say about me really. I love to write and read poetry, but have no great achievements to add.

Samples

My Intention It begins a tight-formed bud over which I have total control Every line every detail I fashion conscious manifestation It is mine and I hold it close, obsessively tending it protecting it from prying eyes and hands and other appendages (You said I hold my cards close to my chest - I see now it was for good reason. I'm not guilty) When I am ready (Yes, me, in my time) I share, but not with just anyone, (I've got your number now) allowing a little light, some tears a smile Reception (ah, so this is how it feels to be witnessed, held) the petals loosen Somewhat so pretty. I think, perhaps, this one can see me? Ooh scary I retreat a little (frightened child, big eyes peeking from behind a doorframe - are you really not going to hurt me?) But you do inadvertently without malice being hu-man And I stop leaning on you Almost a relief You're not God and the petals loosen some more I am the one I've been waiting for face open to the sun (ah, so this is how it feels to be loved)

I'll try to catch up with more of your work, Lan. I'm not on site that much these days. Sorry to have checked in so late.

The poem here on your profile has some breath-taking ideas and skillful imagery. Not altogether easy to follow, but original, and yours! Great feeling, isn't it?
