Biography

Hi I'm Kamryn, I live in "sunny" California trying to teach myself how to write. Currently, I attend University majoring in Journalism. My last year will be coming up so I decided to find new hobbies for the summer before work consumes me, post graduation. I occasionally upload episodes for my podcast on my experience moving into adulthood. I have many works journalistically but I have no creative works recently. I am excited to navigate my own poetry style and be able to continue my studies soon. Some (most) of my poem entries are from my journal. Let me know what you think; bad or good.

im practically a vampire i sleep all day, covering my windows, blasting my fan. and keep watch all night my eyes waver from pillow to screen. my brain tries to figure out what it really wants. i wonder from pinterest to instagram from right to left from pillow to pillow and still cant decide if im hungry instead i tiptoe to the fridge lights illuminate from grapes to yogurt from water to sparkling from its blub to my face. i close the door, trot back to my bed and peacefully inhale clouds pool, the smell sets. my eyes finally drift away from everything.
