Biography

Albert Van Skywalker is a poet, renowned shoe gazer, and one man mosh pit; a phenomenon, yet somewhat of an enigma- a phenigma. Born Albert Von Skywalker in parts unknown, his father changed the family name to Van Skywalker for fear of sounding too European. Orphaned at 46, Albert (or Albert to his friend) struggled with loss, and joined Tony Hart's Circus as a human cannonball. Albert's promising young career was tragically cut short when he was fired. Though he successfully sued for funfair dismissal, Albert became disenchanted with the circus (feeling it was like... well a circus), and longed for a stable life. Moving in with a small family in Bethlehem, Albert had an epiphany, which was removed following surgery. During his period of respite he began writing limericks on the walls of the staff toilets, and it was here that his talent for rhyming became apparent. Albert likes long walks, short piers, and anti social socialising.
