Fate (Remove filter)
Hearts on Fire (Heavy Metal)
In the shadows of the abyss,
where light shatters apart,
hearts ablaze dance softly
in whispers of furious souls.
We cry out to the steel sky,
where pain becomes a song -
blood and steel, love and chaos
in the battle of existence.
Paths of fire and steps of hope:
among echoes of screams,
we awaken the lance.
Echoes of the past
are shackles that bind us,
but we are titans in free...

Ancient Hearts
We are ancient hearts
A beat so strong
We are the petals of love
A touch so gentle
We are the faintest shadows
A dance so deft
We are the flicker of candles
A flame so gentle
We are the trace of embers
A light so dim
We are one
A fate so destined
We are absent
A presence so cold

Destined
Do what you must to ensure they don’t see.
Rationalize and pretend it won’t be.
Wish it away to escape from it all.
Cover it up like the paint on the wall.
Cloak it in layers of varying hue,
carefully crafted to keep it from view.
Do what you can with all effort and might.
Make every move just to keep it from sight.
Do what you must but in time you will ...
