Billy's Problem

(First seen in the Like-Minders Society Theme Park Rollercoaster Stop 'Propper Spelling School')

Billy's with us here today

Troubled with a plight

He doesn't quite know what to say

Does he bite or byte ?

When his tongue and teeth connect

(Cos teeth not lined up right)

Does he say “shit!, ouch, I bite”

Or “shit! and ouch, I byte ?”

It doesn't matter Billy. Shit, ouch I byte is fine.

Shakespeare spelt the same word in different ways

for no apparent reason

Billy got a problem
It sounds rite
First go right
And then write

Will this help build vocabulary
It is strait, straight or strate.
Could do a bit of searching
Then you can build a gate, gait or a gaite.
