You Fire You

 your head  an apple      your heart a serpent 

praise the tail
hymn the coil

Curious
the fury guts
Salmon like sure thoughts 

Sustain you

Light of trial 

Burn all apologies 
kiss the words 
you prayed for

Eden’s jealous judge corrupt
Cats hammered to death 
puppies set ablaze amid
smirks, squealing, blood aroma 
gerbils quietly melted in microwaves

you pledge yourself to fire
Breath it in     let it soothe 
your moonlit life of Fake flame 

sand of foot 
Eye of Ligjt
Eye of dark 
Bronze to silver

melt a star 
turn it round 
rule us below
