Banning Plastics

 

Our state is banning plastics

Straws and knives and forks

Foam cups/containers next in line

We're into banning talks

 

We led Australia years ago

By banning plastic bags

In supermarkets given out

(A diet for the shags)

 

We also led the nation

Many years ago

By giving money refunds

On empty bottles, so....

 

This current push we hope will

Encourage other states

To stop this spread, this plastic plague

Before it gets too late
