Breaking news,passenger flies plane from Manchester to Alicante

A message to the passengers was relayed,

"The Easy jet flight to Alicante is delayed."

They were minus one pilot for the Alicante flight.

Standing at the terminal one man  put things right.

Michael was ready to holiday with his wife and young boy,

What happened next filled the passengers  with joy.

He rang Easy jet ,"I've got my licence and ID."

He was ready to fly and to his holiday flee.

They rang back,"Please,please with a cherry on the top,

Can you fly the plane for an Alicante drop."

Michael who works for the arline, in casual dress,

Immediately reduced the passenger stress..

"We are grateful for one of our pilots going on holiday,

Who took control and flew our passengers safely away."

 

This happened on the 2nd of September this year.

Well done Michael,your a hero ,great news to hear.

Yeh read it in the Manchester evening news today.Lots of dramatic poetic potentials in the paper.I love Manchester,frequently there, so much happening.
