Sitting quietly on a seamless day
Contemplating the unsolvable riddle
Again
Searching for truth is out of the question
I am after
An agreement, a coming to terms
Considering…
Eternity is all time, so there is no time?
God is everywhere, so there is no God?
I ask
And everything else
Earthly possessions, love, friendship, happiness, desire, health, life
Can and will be
Lost
So they exist?
To live
Truly, fully, meaningfully
I accept the idea of loss
Signed and sealed on this day

Love this line. What is and is not is open to debate and consensus.
Forgive me if I am wrong but I sense a searching in this poem which reminds of the u2 song
'I still haven't found what I'm looking for'
At any rate what ever the motivation it is a fine poem
